When starting the Xorg (using the 'Xorg' command), the display goes blank. I have a Sony Vaio SR11M with a Intel Cantiga Integrated Graphics (aka G45) chipset, and I am using Xorg 7.3 with xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.4.0. Make sure h & vblank end come *after* h & vsync endĬheck VBT timing sanity at BIOS init time The only known way to work around this bug.
